Product Warranty Information

Parts sold on AgKits.com are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Most new parts are covered for one year without limitation on miles or hours of operation. Most remanufactured parts are covered for six months without limitation on miles or hours of operation. Parts are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal service and operating conditions. The warranty applies to engine overhaul kits for heavy-duty on-highway applications for a period of two years. Certain parts are warranted on a parts-replacement-only basis, such as drivetrain parts, long blocks, and short blocks. The warranty does not cover failures resulting from owner or operator abuse or neglect. Costs and labor beyond repair are not covered by the warranty. The owner is responsible for following proper procedures during installation and correct operation and maintenance of the equipment. New and remanufactured engines, complete engines, long blocks, medium blocks, and short blocks produced by any company other than Reliance are not warranted by Reliance and are solely covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
