You can check the status of your order below. If your tracking number is not showing up online, or you have a question about your delivery, please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
Order Status Key

Order Received - Your order has gone through. Once your order has been started this status will change.

In-Progress - Your order has been started. Item(s) are being allocated to your order. You order is being packaged and is getting ready for shipment.

Partially Shipped - Some items on your order have been shipped. You would have been contacted via email or phone on the item(s) that have not shipped. Sometimes this means an item(s) will be delayed due to a back order or brand substitution.

Processed - Awaiting Tracking - Your package has been processed, but we are waiting for the tracking number. Because we ship from various warehouses around the country, the tracking numbers will not show up on our end until the package is scanned. Since we are on the east coast, this usually happens after we are closed. Typically your tracking number will appear online the day after your order was marked shipped.

Shipped - Your package has been shipped and tracking information should be available online.
