Industrial Cylinder Head. This is the remanufactured head. For the brand-new version for these casting IDs, see our part number H2239250V.
The remanufactured head has been magnafluxed to detect cracks. Any cracked heads are furnace welded. Heads under lower limit are thermal casted. All are 100% air decay and wet tested, and all threads are chased. Then, new guides, springs, keepers, retainers, and injector tubes are installed, the decks are surface ground, and seats are machined and vacuum tested. All the components are inspected to O.E.M. standards, and rust preventative is used to seal the finished assembly.
