Customer Responsibility

Upon arrival of the ordered parts, the customer is responsible for inspecting them to insure they are the same as the parts being replaced. is not responsible for damage resulting in an incorrect part installation. Certain parts will become non-returnable if installed. Agkits must be notified within 1 week (7 days) of any order discrepancies. Any purchase exceeding $5000.00 must be purchased with certified funds only. Payments such as cashiers check, money order, bank transfer or western union are all accepted methods of payment.

Our Refund Policy

You may return any item(s) bought from within 30 days of purchase date. The item(s) of return must be shipped back prepaid. Any item(s) returned will need to be in original packaging in undamaged and unused condition to receive full credit. If in the event that an item(s) is returned and is damaged due to a non-proper installation, it will be rejected for full return credit. The item(s) can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We do not refund shipping costs in this instance. Any item(s) ordered in error by the customer and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. However, any item(s) returned due to an error in our part, will receive a full credit refund. This full credit refund will include a full exchange for the correct item(s) and a refund of shipping costs. All returns must be authorized and accompany a RMA Number. Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges. Any shipment that is sent back without an RMA or is sent back collect will be refused. Special Order items are subject to a 35% restocking charge. A special order item is considered a non stocked part and would not be listed on our website.

Security - Anti-fraud uses its own 256 bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and code signing certificate by Network Solutions SSL. This assures the highest level of encryption and authentication. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. A customer purchase can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for as much time as needed for an investigation. Anti-fraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Shipping & Handling

There will be shipping charges if parts are ordered incorrectly by the customer and replacement parts need to be shipped (ie. incorrect bearing sizes). On shipments to Canada, is not responsible for brokerage, duties or taxes. On freight shipments free shipping still appliers, however should the shipper have to redeliver to you a re-delivery fee will be assessed. Because of this please make sure someone is at the delivery address at the time of delivery. does not ship 3rd party. This means we do not allow shipping on your account numbers.

Sales Tax is required by law to collect sales tax in the following states: AL, AZ, AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, & WY.

All tax exempt residents must submit a copy of their tax exempt form or resale certificate.
