3. Customer Responsiblity
Upon arrival of the ordered parts, the customer is responsible for inspecting them to insure they are the same as the parts being replaced. AGKITS.COM is not responsible for damage resulting in an incorrect part installation. Certain parts will become non-returnable if installed. Any purchase exceeding $5000.00 must be purchased with certified funds only. Payments such as cashiers check, money order, bank transfer or western union are all accepted methods of payment.

4. Our Refund Policy
You may return any item(s) bought from AGKITS.COM within 30 days of purchase date. The item(s) of return must be shipped back pre-paid. Any item(s) returned will need to be in original packaging in un-damage and unused condition to receive full credit. If in the event that an item(s) is returned and is damaged due to a non-proper installation, it will be rejected for full return credit. The item(s) can be shipped back to the customer at their expense. We do not refund shipping costs in this instance. Any item(s) ordered in error by the customer and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. However, any item(s) returned due to an error in our part, will receive a full credit refund. This full credit refund will include a full exchange for the correct item(s) and a refund of shipping costs. All returns must be authorized and accompany a RGN - Return Goods Authorization Number.  Any refused shipment is considered an unauthorized return and is subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.

5. Security - Antifraud
AGKITS.COM uses its own 128 bit encryption SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and code signing certificate by NetworkSolutionsSSL. This assures the highest level of encryption and authentication. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure. A customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for as much time as needed for an investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

6. Pricing & Avalibility
Due to the nature of this business, pricing and avalibility is subject to change without notice. AGKITS.COM does update the website as often as possible, although older models become more and more obsolete every day.

7. Shipping & Handling
AGKITS.COM offers free shipping on all orders shipped within the US 48 states over $100. This excludes manuals which we ship priority mail free of charge. All international orders and domestic orders under $100 are subject to shipping costs. AGKITS.COM does not charge for handling. There will be shipping charges if parts are ordered incorrectly by the customer and replacement parts need to be shipped (ie. incorrect bearing sizes).

8. International Shipping
All international orders excluding Canada are subject to shipping costs. There is a $200 (excluding shipping costs) minimum order for all international orders excluding Canada.

9. New York State Residents Only
All taxable NYS residents must be charge tax according to the county in which the package is shipped. All Non-Taxable NYS residents must submit a copy of their tax exempt form to AGKITS.COM. Forms can be emailed to us, faxed to 315.475.9708, or mailed to:
